In the event a solution is not available, or there’s a need for return, let us know which item you would like to return, and we’ll assist you with the process. TonneauCovers.com will accept these returns within 30 days from the date of your invoice with an RGA number (return goods authorization number) obtained from our customer service department. We can help you with a refund, a replacement, or an exchange for an alternative product. Our #1 goal is to ensure that every one of our customers is happy and satisfied with the products we offer.

Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours from the time the order is placed. Many products for today’s new trucks are in stock, although some products must be built to order. Most orders will arrive within 7 to 10 business days from the time you place the order. Custom orders such as paint matched tonneau covers or customer built to order items may take longer.
Orders shipped within the Continental US are provided with free shipping via ground service, unless the item is large and requires motor freight for delivery. These include items such as large 1 piece tilting covers.
Motor freight shipments for such items as 1 piece tilting/painted covers are typically shipped free freight. There are exceptions if you are located in remote/rural area, apartments, or dense areas with limited access by commercial vehicles. The LTL (less than truck load) driver is only required to deliver your order by the curb and will not be expected to bring your oversized item inside your residence. Motor freight shipments require appointments in order to accept delivery. The freight company will contact you to make an appointment to deliver the product. If you delay the delivery storage fees will be your responsibility.
Motor freight deliveries will come by semi-truck or box truck. In the event the delivery truck does not have a lift-gate, the customer will be responsible for unloading the item.
Inspect all deliveries before you sign. If your packaging shows any signs of dents, torn packaging, or external damage that may cause damage to the goods inside, you MUST report it to the driver and do not sign for or accept damaged goods. Refuse any damaged deliveries and contact a TonneauCovers.com expert and we will help to resolve the problem email@example.com or call 855-966-6662.
Any orders outside the Continental US, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada and any International orders will be billed freight costs separately. Call for shipping quotes outside the Continental US.
We are not able to ship to APO/FPO of PO Box addresses.

We will do everything possible to ensure on time delivery with swift order processing and shipping. Most orders ship within 24-48 hours and will arrive in the following 1-5 business days for locations in the Continental US. We will make every effort to ensure your order is shipped complete within 30 days. In the event your item is on back order or may take longer than 30 days, we will attempt to contact you and confirm you are able to wait.

Our goal is to ship your item as fast as possible and we will do our best to quickly adjust your delivery, add items or cancel unneeded products over the phone. If your order has already shipped we will assist you with instructions to either refuse the shipment or it may be necessary to issue you an RMA (Return Merchant Authorization) to return the item.
You can cancel an order any time before shipping at no cost to you by calling our customer service and speaking with a TonneauCovers.com professional to ensure the order is canceled in time. Call 855-966-6662. Voicemails cannot guarantee your order cancelation, so please make sure you contact a live agent for all cancelation requests.
In order to prevent delays TonneauCovers.com charges all orders at the time they are placed either the same day or the following day.

If you order is shipped to following locations then sales tax will be charge: California, Michigan, Missouri, North Dakota and South Dakota. If you are receiving your order in these states, tax will be charged in addition to the product cost.
We take credit card fraud very seriously. You may not place an order with a credit card that is borrowed or stolen. Any attempt to use a card that is deemed stolen or not authorized for use will be reported to law enforcement http://www.fbi.gov/cyber .

Fed Ex and UPS shipments typically do not require signature. If your item is delivered by Fed Ex or UPS and there is obvious damage to the packaging and/or its contents, contact us within 24-48 hours so we may process a damage claim. firstname.lastname@example.org or call 855-966-6662. You will need all the original packaging in the event a claim needs to be placed. Do NOT attempt to install or assemble any products that are damaged in delivery or your damage claim may be refused. We may ask you to provide photos or additional information to assist the freight damage claim.
If an LTL of motor freight company is attempting to deliver your item and there is obvious packaging damage, do NOT sign for the delivery and refuse the item. Contact a TonneauCovers.com specialist immediately to arrange for a claim and re-order as necessary. 855-966-6662
If you receive a package that does not show signs of external packaging damage and you find concealed damage or missing components to the product inside, do NOT attempt to install the item. Contact a TonneauCovers.com specialist and we will work with the manufacturer to resolve the problem. 855-966-6662 or e-mail email@example.com In some cases we can arrange for components to be shipped that will complete the product or for replacement of damaged items that resulted from being mis-packaged or damaged by manufacturing defect.
If you wish to return a new or unused item for any reason, please contact a TonneauCovers.com specialist right away. We will do everything possible to ensure your satisfaction and process your request.
Return requests must be made less than 14 days from receipt. All returns must be in the original packaging.
Before any return may be processed we need to know the reason for return. Approved return requests will be issued an RGA # (return goods authorization). There are different return locations depending on the product. You will be provided with return shipping instructions and a return shipping address. The RGA # must be clearly detailed on the return shipping label or no credit will be issued. The customer is responsible to pay return shipping costs and freight must be prepaid. Keep a copy of the tracking so proof of return will not be an issue. A photo of the return label showing the RGA # clearly may be recommended. Any COD return shipping will be refused and no credit will be issued. NO returns will be accepted at the TonneauCovers.com Sales office located in Agoura Hills, CA
Depending on the reason for the return a 20% restocking fee may apply. Any incomplete returns missing parts or damaged in shipping will only receive partial credit or no credit depending on the issue with the item when the return is received at the warehouse.
If you have requested a replacement item or exchange for a different item, once the return is completed, your new order will be processed.
Once your approved return is received with all the required documentation at the correct location you must allow 30 days for processing before a credit will be issued.
In life, there are many bumps in the road and with these obstacles things can break.
